The Galleria Alberto Sordi, in the heart of Rome, transforms into an amphitheater of images, sounds, and interactive surfaces that guide the visitor into the work — often silent but constant — of the Italian Defense. The immersive exhibition “Defense, the force that unites – together into the future” is open free of charge every day from 09:00 to 21:00 until Monday, November 4, coinciding with the celebrations of National Unity and Armed Forces Day.
An enveloping journey
It is not a simple exhibition to observe: it is a story to walk through. Maxi-screens and “living” walls depict missions in Italy and abroad, real-time operational readiness, the means that guard land, sea, and sky, up to the new strategic domains: cyber, space, and artificial intelligence.
The journey brings together technologies, data, and — above all — human capital. The visitor discovers roles, procedures, and skills that support the country's security every day, from civil emergencies to operations beyond borders, with an accessible yet rigorous language.
A cross-sectional audience that reflects the meaning of the title: a Defense that does not divide, but unites.
